Mark Swenon of Studio C Architects designed the project, located at 8228 Mercury Court, according to Rich Byer, president of Bycor General Contractors, which handled the project. Work included the addition of storefront glass as well as a complete interior remodel and parking lotimprovements.
Construction started in early April.
Mark Gritzmaker was the project manager and Willie Reyes served as superintendent for Bycor. Linda Wolfman Burnham of Kennedy Wilson Properties is the facility manager of the complex and Sandra Clark of Space Matters was the construction manager.
