TAMPA, FL-Ashley Square Apartments, a 188-unit, 92%-leased complex at 5505 N. Hines St., brought in a $5.6 million price to owner Howard Shiffman of Davna Investments, Largo, FL, despite its 31-year-old age.
“It was in extremely clean condition and that helped the sale,” transaction broker John W. Stone of Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services Inc., tells GlobeSt.com.
Steve Green of Green Realty Management, White Plains, NY, purchased the property in an all-cash deal which took only 56 days to close. Stone has worked with the seller on various transactions since 1991.
