Lantern Bend acquired the site at 301 Lantern Bend Dr. and its intersection with Cypress Station Drive from American Retirement Corp. The North Houston Heart Center is lined up to anchor the undertaking.
WorldMed Inc. provided feasibility assessment and project management services for the project plans. Houston-based Kirksey is the design architect and Spaw Maxwell is the general contractor. Robert Marling of Woodforest National Bank has arranged the financing for the land acquisition.
George Jones, first vice president for the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller. James A. Garrity of Garrity Commercial Real Estate spoke for the buyer. The brokers could not be reached by press time for comment.
