The Hair Club for Men is taking 5,597 sf at 4722 N. 24th St. from the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association. The space will be used for its key business, surgical and non-surgical hair replacement therapy. The signing represents a relocation and expansion of its Arizona business. Tom Weinhold of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon represented tenant in the lease negotiations. Lee & Associates brokered the deal for the tenant.
Dr. Nand Bhardwaja will start a pain management medical practice in 1,482 sf at 875 N. Greenfield Rd. in the suburb of Gilbert. Guadalupe Medical, the building owner, was represented by Rick Ridberg of NAI Horizon and the physician by the Jeramar Group.
Ultimate Skin & Laser Ins. has leased 1,255 sf at 6900 E. Indian School Rd. in Phoenix. Tim Dulaney and Bill Douglass of NAI Horizon represented the building owner, Holyoke Development.
