420-Unit Apartment Complex Trades for $35M

MUKILTEO, WA-The 16.5-acre Bay Court at Harbour Pointe, plus an adjacent 11.3 acres of vacant land, has been snatched up by Rreef, a San Francisco-based outfit.

The Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, a New York-based life insurance company bought the property, located at 11108 Chennault Beach Road.

The 11.3 acres of vacant land sits near the intersection of Chennault Beach Road and Harbour Beach Drive.

Rreef also owns and manages other residential and commercial properties in the Puget Sound area as part of its real estate trust holdings.
