Located at 1190 Anaheim Blvd., the property encompasses a total of 192,785 sf. The complex, which was completed in November 2001, was developed by The O'Donnel Group to accommodate either single or multiple users.

The tenant, Interceramic Tile, was represented by Jeffrey Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield. Jeff Kernochan of the Fisher Co. and Brian Corrigan of Voit Commercial Brokerage acted on behalf of the landlord.

Interceramic Tile will join another new tenant, Graebel Van Lines, which recently inked a seven-year, $2.3-million lease for 52,000 sf here. Denver-based Graebel, which is the largest privately owned household good carrier in the nation, plans to relocate from two of its locations in Lake Forest and Anaheim into the new space.
