In San Antonio, Intertech Flooring Inc. renewed on 12,800 sf in a ProLogis Trust property at 4710 Perrin Creek in the city's northeast submarket. Rick Whitely of Colliers Oxford represented Intertech and Charlie Hargis of Denver-based ProLogis handled talks for his company.
Austin-based Intertech sells and installs access flooring so wires and cables can be routed under the floor. Its Austin operations are located at 7300 Burleson Rd. in the southeast submarket. The company's clients include Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Motorola Inc. ProLogis owns 205,000 sf in three buildings at the Perrin Creek site.
In the Austin transaction, AT Systems Southwest has taken 6,300 sf at 8300 N. Lamar Blvd. Brett Arabie of Colliers represented the tenant.
