Baja Fresh Westlake Village has leased 3,315 sf of space in a retail center positioned at the southwest corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale. It will be the newest location for a Baja Fresh Restuarant. Chris Gerow and Shelby Tworek, both of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon, represented the tenant. Scottsdale Pad Investments is the property owner. There are Baja Fesh restaurants already in Phoenix and its suburb of Gilbert.
Gerow and Tworek again teamed up to represent NYPD Pizza in the negotiation of its lease for 2,700 sf at 2580 W. Chandler Blvd. in the fast-growing suburb of Chandler. The retail space was leased from Westcor, which used in-house representation to broker the deal. NYPD Pizza currently has locations in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.
