Refinancing Closes on El Paseo Mall

SAN FRANCISCO-An affiliate of Pritzker Realty Group has secured a $48-million refinancing of El Paseo Mall, a 341,069-sf shopping center in San Jose. The lender was Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.

Located at the intersection of Saratoga and Campbell avenues, the center includes Albertson's, REI, Petco, Office Max, Stroud's and an AMC theater. The lender was Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.

Martin H. Nesbitt represented the owners in this transaction. Michael Pace, senior investment manager, represented the lender, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. Stewart's National Title Service division provided the title search, underwriting and escrow services.
