The building's quoted rate is $15 per sf annually.Bobbie Bozarth of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, both of the Houston office of PM Realty Group, handled talks for the building owner.
