SRP plans to construct a 5,000-sf Genesis Spa & Salon. The facility is scheduled to open in the fall. Genesis Spa & Salon will relocate from a retail center at 3737 US Highway 6, also in Sugar Land. Pravin Gohel represented SRP International in the land sale. G. Peter Jacob, director of retail leasing for Sugarland Properties, was the in-house representative for the seller.
Located due south of Houston, Fort Bend County is the fifth fastest growing county in the nation. According to Sugarland Properties, the county will triple in growth in the next 35 years. Currently 72,879 people, with an average household income of about $105,000, live within three miles of the spa's building site at the high-traffic intersection.
