Cecil Daniels of Realcor represented Systems 2000 in the acquisition from Maplewood Cabinetry, which has moved to a leased location in the Aztec Commerceplex at 21441 N. 23rd Ave. in Phoenix.
The North Canyon Ranch Industrial Park formerly housed Rulapugh's Mill Works, which vacated in December 2001 and moved into another headquarters and manufacturing site.Robert Deininger of Scottsdale-based Johnson & Associates represented Rulapugh in its sale and acquisition as well as Maplewood Cabinetry. Deininger also negotiated Maplewood Cabinetry's lease at Aztec Commerceplex, owned by EJM Development of Scottsdale. Marc Hertzberg of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. Hertzberg brokered the deal for building owner.
