Last Section of New Dominion Parkway Opens

RESTON, VA-The final phase of New Dominion Parkway is complete, giving the Reston Town Center a new and easily accessible "front door." The project funded by Reston Town Center developer Terrabrook, cost nearly $3.3 million.

"The New Dominion interchange with the Fairfax County Parkway will serve as the new 'front door' to Reston Town Center, providing enhanced access to Reston Town Center's offices, shops, restaurants, and neighborhoods, as well as Reston Hospital Center," Terrabrook vice president Thomas J. D'Alesandro said at the event. The residential and commercial land development firm has contributed a total of $45 million to facilitate and upgrade transportation access to the planned community over the last 16 years.
