The Panther Creek Professional Plaza II is located at 4840 West Panther Creek Dr. in the master-planned community's Village of Panther Creek. Leiker is a "Roth-trained" orthodontist for children, teens and adults.
Susan Rinyu of Susan J. Rinyu Interests represented the orthodontist in the lease. Jeff Beard, director of retail properties for Woodlands Operating Co., brokered the deal for the building owner.
Panther Creek Professional Plaza II is a 30,000-sf medical and professional offices building. The tenant roster includes Helton Chiropractic, Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, Alternative Heath Center of The Woodlands and Clouthier Chiropractic and Kinesiology. Its sister building is the 20,690-sf Panther Creek Professional Plaza I, built in 1994.
