The transaction was arranged by Gary Sauerborn, vice president of NAI James E. Hanson, Inc., based in Hackensack, NJ. The terms of the sale and the sale price were not disclosed. The Hanson organization, which was founded in 1955, is one of the original members of NAI, an international real estate provider.
Seller Archon Group, which is based in Dallas, was founded in 1996 by Goldman Sachs with the acquisition of a number of third party operations and assets.
