The new company will be run jointly by Richard Lemon and Max Huber, with Johannes Haas, Andreas Polak-Evans and Sebastian Scheufele as partners.
Richard Lemon, ex-head of Jones Lang LaSalle in Vienna, said: 'We were disappointed when our office was closed last year but were determined to start a new venture because there are so many exciting opportunities for growth and expansion throughout this part of Europe.'
.Following the new opening, Atis Real has 62 offices across the European Union and is part of a strategic alliance spanning the USA, the Far East, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe.
