Hensley & Co. paid $1.28 million for the land, which was purchased from The Fain Signature Group LLC of Dewey, AZ. The site will be called Big Sky Industrial Park and will house a 35,000 sf distribution facility. The new building will service beer retailers in Northern and Central Arizona.
Pat Feeney of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis represented Hensley in the land transaction. Prescott Valley-based Realty Executives represented the sellers.
