The winners were:

* Rich Shierbug, principal of Peregrine Brokerage LLC, who named top small office broker of the year. He had a personal production of $27.3 million based on gross sales of $48.26 million.

* Barry Dorfman, president of the Staubach Co.'s Rocky Mountain region, was the top office broker. He completed 120 transactions for a personal production of $144.35 million.

* Jim Bolt of CB Richard Ellis was the top industrial broker, with 60 deals for $40.4 million.

* David Tilton of the Frederick Ross Co. with a personal production of $95.8 million. His 19 deals produced gross sales and leases worth $173.9 million.

* Jonathan Weisiger of the Trammell Crow Co. was the top retail broker with 115 completed transactions for $11.4 million.

* Steward Mosko of Fuller and Co. was the top land broker. He completed 12 deals for slightly more than $17 million in gross sales for personal production of $12.28 million.

* Top multifamily brokers were Jeff Hawks and Doug Andrews of Grubb & Ellis. They sold eight apartment properties for $256.5 million and a production share of $119 million that was split evenly.

In addition, R. Ty Ritchie Jr. of CB Richard Ellis received the DMCAR Deal of the Year. He sold a 380,000-sf, former Whole Foods Inc. distribution facility to the Adams County School District for $17 million.
