The property is located at 2439 Cades Way in Vista sold for $1.83 million. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will serve as the corporate headquarters for Pacific Builders Hardware.

The buyer was Craig Small, owner of Pacific Builders Hardware. The seller was the Alcantara Family Trust.

Jim Spain and Henry Zahner of Colliers International represented the seller. Adam Molnar and Joe McDermott of Coldwell Banker North County Properties represented the seller.

The project features 5,000 sf of office space, dock loading and 22-24-foot clear heights.

The North County industrial market has been strong of late, with Vista, Carlsbad and Oceanside posting the strongest absorption figures. A number of non-R&D industrial uses have found their way into Vista, while biotech and high-tech industrial have gravitated more toward the coastal cities.
