Kid Toys joins a tenant line-up that includes Dillards, Barnes & Noble, Linens N' Things and Michaels. The lease length and value are being withheld in compliance with a confidentiality pact imposed by the tenant.
Tom Woods of the Phoenix office of Colliers International represented the tenant and the building owner, TWC II- Prescott Mall LLC. The mall owner is an entity of Westcor. The retail project was designed by Phoenix architects Ellerman & Schick designed the mall, which just opened last week. The Weitz Co. was the project's general contractor.
