The buyer has moved in and is using the site to manufacture and distribute pool tables and other specialty furniture. The operation's warehouse is position on 3.8 acres in the outlying community of Casa Grande, a developing distribution hub along Interstate 10 south of Phoenix and Chandler.

Sarge Glenn of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented buyer and seller, Tony Zertuche, in the transaction. Glenn tells GlobeSt.com that Zertuche owned the building for 12 years. The structure, on the market for about a year, was used for a metal fabrication business.
