Called Ealing Gateway, it will be the largest office scheme to be developed in Ealing for more than 10 years. HGB plans to start no site during 2002. The building is available as a whole or floor or on a floor basis.

Clwyd Roberts of HGB comments, "Ealing has witnessed little speculative office development and consequently there is very limited supply of either new or good quality second hand accommodation. With current rental levels for air-conditioned officers in Ealing in the region of £27 ($38) per sf, we can provide occupiers with quality space at an extremely competitive rental."

HGB has retained Rogers Chapman as agent.
