The Broadfield building is one of five buildings in the Mustang campus located in Park Ten. Mustang Engineering also leases space in 16001 Park Ten Place, 16900 Park Row, 17420 Katy Freeway and 16285 Park Ten Place. The firm provides engineering design and project management services to the energy industry.
Mustang is the lead tenant in the six-story, 1400 Broadfield building totaling 100,000 sf. The building was constructed in 1982 and at last count was 94% occupied. The advertised asking rate is $17 per sf annually.
