The complex, known as Center Street Apartments, is located at 718 W. Center St. The buyers, William and Charlotte Day of Orange, have paid $1.5 million for it.
Jerry Carter of Ricci Realty acted on behalf of the buyers. The seller, Mike Santuci and North Shore LP of Brea, was represented by Jay Skenderian and Ken Morgan of the Newport Beach office of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group.
It is these smaller multifamily deals, like the Placentia transaction, that have been keeping Orange County brokers busy as of late. Another recent example is the $830,000 sale in Anaheim that involved a 12-unit apartment building. The property, which is located at 1224 W. Center St., was purchased by Dilip and Bharat Patel of Cerritos. They acquired the building from Center Street Twelve.
