DGI paid €30 million ($26 million) for the buildings, which total 250,000 sf.
The deal shows a net initial yield of 11.14%. Only one of the buildings is built and let. Computerland took the entire 61,000 sf on a seven-year lease. Another building completes at the end of this month and the rest are more than nine months away from completion.
Kopernik is two miles from Warsaw's city centre on the main link road Aleje Jerozolimskie. Multinationals with offices there include BASF, Hoechst and Cisco Systems.
