Coy Davidson of the Houston office of Colliers International represented the building owner, Onyx One Partnership, while the trio acted on its own behalf. The MetLife representatives are Mary Stender, Janet Skipper and Kathleen Deshazo.

The class A office building was constructed in 1985 and is 92% occupied. Its average annual lease rate of $21 per sf.

In a previous interview, Davidson told GlobeSt.com that the NASA/Clear Lake submarket remains stable despite the times. Occupancy rose 1% as a result of the Boeing Co.'s relocation and expansion at 3700 Bay Area Blvd. The submarket is posting an 84.06% occupancy and flat rental rates. Class A space fetches an average of $19.38 per sf; class B, $14.84 per sf; and class C, $12.80 per sf.
