Checkmate Employer Services is taking 5,068 sf at 10201 S. 51st St. in Phoenix. Checkmate was represented by Insignia ESG in the lease transaction. The company plans to use the space for payroll and human resources services. The firm is a South Carolina-based franchise of leased employee services. Tim Dulaney of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon represented the building owner, American Spectrum Realty.
In Scottsdale, Trinity Medical Group signed for 3,948 sf at 6900 E. Indian School Road. The incoming tenant will open a physical therapy and sleep studies clinic. NAI Horizon's Dulaney and Bill Douglas represented the building owner, Holyoke Development. Pickron Turner brokered the deal for the medical group.
In a 2,200-sf lease, Kiva Plastics will be moving into office-flex space at 2328 W. Royal Palm Rd. in Phoenix. Kiva will house a sales office and storage for its plastic manufacturing operations at the location. Jeff Hays, also with the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon, represented the tenant.
