Cassell provides physical therapy for individuals suffering from closed-head injuries.

"Cassell was attracted to the aesthetics of the location," says David Giltner, vice President at Grubb & Ellis, who advised Cassell on the lease.

The one-story building is a combination of brick and glass and is nestled among a heavy population of trees, directly facing Grand River.

Jon Savoy, senior vice president & director of industrial services and Doreen Hicks of the industrial group represented the building owner.
