Boulder Corp. will occupy the new offices, which includes a presentation and training facility, in early April.
This expanded space will help Boulder Corp. better serve its rapidly increasing client base. Boulder Corp. clients include Duke Energy, First Data, Jefferson County, City and County of Denver, Denver Center for Performing Arts, BF Goodrich, First Trust, HIS, Johns-Manville, Morrison and Forester, BLM, CSG Systems, Front Range Community College, Graphic Packaging, WaterPik Technologies, Storage-Tek, TRW, Sandia National Labs, Raytheon, Maxtor, city of Boulder, Boulder County, city of Oakland, and Gates Rubber.
Boulder Corp. was represented by Norm DeHart of MacLaurin Stewart Corporate Realty Advocates and the property owner was represented by Jeff Wingert of W. W. Reynolds.
