For the past five years, Shaw has been Insignia's top producing leasing manager. His record also includes occupancy levels above 90% for the past three years at his assigned properties and signed deals totaling more than 700,000 sf.

Southwest Realty Advisors, steadily adding employees in the past year, has hired Cliff McInnis as a marketing associate. He has 10 years' experience in industrial sales in the Houston area. He previously was sales manager of industrial sales at Star Precision Fabrication in Houston.
