A 12,000-sf CVS Pharmacy is ticketed for the site. Gustine, a CVS preferred developer, will begin site work in May. The pharmacy is slated to open in February 2003.Dave Cheatham and Darren Pitts, both of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Gustine. The seller, Greenfield & Guadalupe Investors Inc. of Gilbert, brokered its side of the deal.
CVS has more than 4,100 stores across the nation. The chain claims to dispense more retail prescriptions in more states than any other pharmacy in the US.
