Coury GMC-Pontiac, is taking 12,600 sf at Superstition Springs Commerce Center II, a complex positioned at 7107 E. Southern Ave. near South Power Road and US Highway 60 in the southeast suburb of Mesa. Marc Pierce and Chris McClurg, both of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona represented the property owner, RDB Construction, and the tenant.
Edson Electric Supply has signed for 8,025 sf at Pinnacle Peak Commerceplex at 23910 N. 19th Ave. in Phoenix. The Lee Associates Arizona team of Jeff Conrad and Matt Hobaica brokered the deal for the building owner, EJM Development. Curtis Brown of Ross Brown Partners represented Edson Electric at the bargaining table. Pinnacle Peak is a 302,250-sf industrial complex. Edson is a Phoenix-based full-line electrical distributor for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
