In another transaction, Top Choice Investments LLC bought the retail property at 6118 Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad for $1.7 million. CB Richard Ellis represented both the seller, Richard and Dessie Mae Williams Trust, and the purchaser in the transaction.
The appetite for retail property has been stronger of late in San Diego County, which many analysts contend is under-retailed compared to other cities of its size.
