McMillin Commercial/Hillwood Development has sold the Parkway Center Four building at 14303 Danielson St., Poway, to Lexington Properties Trust for $15.4 million. Burnham Real Estate Services represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
Save-Most Alicia Hills LTD has purchased a 49,972-sf office building at 6480 Weathers Place, Sorrento Mesa, for $8.3 million. The seller was the Shidler Group. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer in the transaction. Burnham Real Estate Services represented the seller.
Southrail Equities has purchased the Southrail Business Park, a 16-building complex at 611-696 Marsat Court and 1413-1596 Jayken Way, Chula Vista, for $12.4 million. The seller was the California State Teachers Retirement System. Both sides in the transaction were represented by Business Real Estate Brokerage Company.
