Jim Damiani, Welsh's vice president of leasing and a 14-year industry veteran, will head up the Minnesota Center/Welsh leasing team. Working with Damiani is Bryan Beltrand, a 10-year veteran of Welsh's the office and leasing brokerage division, also a vice president of leasing for Welsh. The two will be assisted by leasing associate Kai Thomsen.
Damiani said he likes the building's location near the interchange of Interstate 494 and France Avenue.
