MJKL has leased 42,000 sf at the northwest corner of 91st and Northern avenues near Arizona 60 in Peoria. The tenant plans to use the building for restaurant and food service space. Chris Gerow and Shelby Tworek, both of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizons, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. KIMCO Barclay Peoria Crossing is the building owner.
Meanwhile, Alpine Glass has signed a deal for 4,449 sf at the Phoenix Airport Center at 4602 E. University Dr. just south of the intersection of Loops 101 and 102 in Tempe. Rick Lee & T.J. Swearingen, both with Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona, brokered the deal for the building owner, Bedford Property Investors. Nate Wade of Rein & Grossoehme represented the tenant.
