Tel Aviv moved from 9th to 4th place in the international league table, with a current cost of €169.89 per sq m ($13.85 per sf) and Paris jumped from 20th to 8th with a current cost of €133.65 per sq m ($10.89 per sf).
David Hutchings, Head of the European Research Group at Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker said: 'Although many markets remained relatively healthy in 2001, they were unable to reach the heights of the previous year.
