DRK Services Inc., doing business as Dunhill Staffing Systems of San Diego, has signed a three-year lease for 2,038 sf of office space at 591 Camino de la Reina in the Mission Valley Financial Center. The space will be used for an employment search and staffing service. Total consideration in the deal was $149,000.
Both the lessor, The Shidler Group, and Dunhill Staffing Systems were represented by Jim Laing of Burnham Realty.
In the second lease, Affiliated Research Institute, an independent research facility that conducts clinical studies on medications, has signed a 57-month lease for 1,136 sf of office space at 8989 Rio San Diego Drive in the Rio Vista Plaza. The deal is valued at $148,000.
Affiliated Research Institute is a current tenant in Rio Vista Plaza, occupying 3,308 sf of office space. This lease expands their total occupancy to 4,444 sf. The Shidler Group was represented by Francesca Busalacchi of Meissner Jacquet Investment Management Services. Affiliated Research Institute represented itself.
