The company has opened five branch offices in Clark County, Nevada, through its newly licensed subsidiary, Pioneer National Title of Nevada Inc. "Clark County is one of the fastest growing areas in the country and we are pleased to be open for business in such a relatively short period of time," says Michael C. Lowther, Chairman of the Board and CEO of ANFI.
The new operations, which are located in Las Vegas and Henderson, may turn a profit as early as the third quarter, according to Carl A. Strunk, ANFI's CFO.
ANFI currently operates 85 branch offices in California, Arizona, Nevada and New York. It also operates on a national level through its National Title Insurance of New York Inc. subsidiary, which is licensed to issue and underwrite title insurance policies in 34 states, the District of Columbia and the US Virgin Islands.
