David Pearl Buys Whole Street In London's West End

LONDON-Landlord Structadene Group, run by David Pearl, has paid Patrick Despard's City & West End Developments 29 million-GBP ($41 million) for all the parts of Percy Street, W1, that it didn't already own

'It's been my dream to buy a whole street in the West End,' said Pearl. 'I've already got one in the City.'

The properties consist mainly of retail/showrooms with offices and residential space above. This is Pearl's company Structadene Group's biggest single deal.

Structadene bought them from Patrick Despard's City & West End Developments. Net initial yield is 5.25%.
