LLC Snaps Up San Marcos Building for $2.93M

SAN DIEGO-A New Jersey-based limited-liability company has bought a mid-sized industrial structure in the San Marcos area in a deal valued at $2.93 million.

Somar LLC purchased the 48,000-sf industrial building, which sits on almost two acres located at 120 Mata Way in San Marcos. The building is currently leased to Ontel Products, a mail-order distributor. The seller was Dunlap Townley Holdings.

Henry Zahner of Colliers International represented the buyer. Fred Muller of James Crone & Associates represented the seller.

Also assisting in the transaction, were Jim Benson of Coldwell Banker Commercial and Tom Blackmore of San Diego Commercial.
