The technology delivers the tools to support loan origination and portfolio management in 10 days or less, MortgageRamp president Michael Greco says in a prepared statement.
"FastTrak allows portfolio managers to tap into our national network of experienced appraisers and inspectors to determine the health of their properties," Greco says. Users can access final photos, rent and sales comps as well as completed reports.
