In a press release, Litt emphasizes Hollister's solid track record in creating create hotel success stories.
Hollister's expertise lies in repositioning hotels. At the Wyndham Bel Age, he steered a $6-million renovation and then built the facility into a winner of the 2001 Mobil Travel Guide Four-Star Restaurant Award; California Restaurant Writer's Association five-star establishment award; DiRoNA Award of Excellence; and the highest service rating in Zagat's 2002 Los Angeles/Southern California Restaurant Survey.
The 10-year Wyndham executive also managed the 436-room Wyndham San Diego at Emerald Plaza for five years. He also was director of rooms at the 1,620-room Wyndham Anatole Hotel in Dallas, regional director of operations for Wyndham garden hotel properties in the West and Southeast and general manager for the 201-room Wyndham Commerce, CA and 173-room Wyndham Garden Hotel in Charlotte, NC. Hollister's background includes stints with the Hyatt and Sheraton brands.
