Marsha Marango Levine of Phoenix is the buyer of 1621 W. Denton Lane. Christian and Magdalena Covaciu, also of Phoenix, is the seller, who recently sold the 45-unit Tamarack Shadows Apartments for $1.5 million.
The 96%-occupied Sun Ray complex primarily is made up of two-bedroom units. It was built in 1984.
Darlene Quinn of Keller Williams Realty of San Diego bargained for the buyer. Paul Gross and Todd Braun, both of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, negotiated for the sellers. The team also represented the Covacius in the sale of the 45-unit, 96%-occupied Tamarack Shadows Apartments at 3101 N. 36th St., also a Phoenix property.
