Robert Halick has been promoted to senior property manager for more than one million sf at the Three and Four Westlake office towers, positioned in Houston's Energy Corridor submarket. He has been on board at Crescent since 1999, joining as a property manager for several buildings in the 1.4-million sf Greenway Plaza complex. Halick also has worked as a facility and property manager at the Senterra Real Estate Group LLC.

His track record and performance landed the promotion, says Jim Wilson, vice president of property management for the Houston region for the Fort Worth-based Crescent.

Cushman & Wakefield named H.E. "Skip" Preble as a senor staff appraiser for the firm's valuation advisory services group. Preble was a Cushman & Wakefield appraiser in the San Antonio office and assigned as a consultant for the past year to the Houston office. Preble, one of eight appraisers, will remain in San Antonio, focusing on the state's central and southern regions.
