Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Gordon Raguse, senior vice president, and Tom Atkinson, both with the Phoenix office, represented the building owner, Phoenix-based Brookwood Olive Square Investments LLC. Mike Sayre of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.'s Phoenix office bargained for the tenant. Asset Management is a Georgia-based accounts receivable management company with offices throughout the country, 1,000 employees and inbound/outbound calling capabilities of three million calls per month.

The Brookwood Commerce Center is a 202,000-sf, class B suburban office building. Constructed in 1974, the building is 80% occupied with an advertised lease rate of $16 per sf annually. Atkinson tells GlobeSt.com that the building underwent a major renovation two years ago, receiving a BOMA building of the year award for remodeling. Other tenants in the building include the Arizona Department of Weights & Measures, Phoenix Heart, National Leisure Group and Arizona College of Allied Health. Glendale is the fourth-largest city in the state, boasting a population of 220,000.
