The company will take 98,821 sf of space in the South Haven Business Park, according to the terms of the new lease. The recently leased facility is located at 3355 E. Cedar St. It will be used for the assembly and distribution of barbeques, fireplaces, heaters, stoves and related accessories.
Barbeques Galore plans to occupy the Ontario facility in May. It will relocate here from its current facility in Irvine.
Zuvich Cannon Associates Inc. acted on behalf of Barbeques Galore. The landlord, Panattoni Development Co., was represented by CB Richard Ellis, Inland Valley Partners.
