CSM Lodging, L.L.C., an affiliate of CSM Corp., a St. Paul-based commercial real estate developer and manager, now owns and operates Country Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, SpringHill Suites, TownePlace Suites, Residence Inn and Courtyard hotels. Their properties are spread over nine states in the Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Des Moines, Milwaukee, Detroit, Boston, Naples, FL and Twin Cities markets.
CSM Lodging was recently awarded Marriott's "Developer of the Year" for the second year running.
In addition to its 30 hotels, CSM and its affiliates are currently the owners, management and leasing agents for more than 4,500 multifamily rental and townhome units, 21 shopping centers and more than 10 million sf of office and warehouse space.
