Hamline Auto Body, 2 Buildings Sell for $2.2M

ST. PAUL, MN-The three buildings will be leased to retailers as Hamline Auto Body finds new quarters on Highway 280 and Broadway. The buyer, @Home Apartments, has hired Jim Kenney and Greg Hayes to market the former body shop.

Grand Avenue is one of the most popular shopping and entertainment districts in theTwin Cities, and is home to a variety of upscale retailers, restaurants, bars and apartment complexes.

Ed Engler and Skip Melin, both of Colliers Towle, represented the seller, Hamline Auto Body, and helped the car repair business find a new facility at Highway 280 and Broadway. Hamline Auto Body will move there in late April.

Kenney represented the buyer, @Home Apartments, in the deal.
