West One provides Greater Manchester with its first fashion based retail park which is proving to be a great success as the tenant line up confirms".
Tenants on the park include Next; JJB Sports; Madhouse; The Designer Room; WH Smith; Mothercare; Gap; Uniqlo; Au Naturale and Carphone Warehouse. And in recent weeks four of the five remaining units have been let. Pilot has signed up for 6,800 sf; Mk One has taken a 5,000 sf for its first-ever out-of-town store; HMV has agreed to lease 6,500 sf and Clarks 5,000 sf. At the same time McDonalds has signed up for a 3,100 sf drive through restaurant.
